Lisa ArmytageLisa emigrated to Australia two years after graduating from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, playing ‘Dr Beverly Marshal’ in Neighbours, and opposite the late Jon Blake in the feature film Cool Change. Several other tv guest roles followed, including the mini-series The Lancaster-Miller Affair and The Miraculous Mellops ; and also All Saints, Police Rescue 2, A Country Practice, The Flying Doctors, Cop Shop, Skyways and Prisoner (Cell Block ‘H’).

Theatre included roles with The Melbourne Theatre Company and the Playbox Theatre; with lead roles in ABC radio drama.

Since returning to the UK, Lisa has appeared in theatre, short film and as a voice artist. Comedies have included Alice in The Secret Lives of Henry and Alice (Blackfriars Arts Centre, Boston), Chains of Dew (The Orange Tree Theatre), No Expense Spared (Jermyn Street), and understudy to Celia Imrie in Plague Over England (Duchess Theatre). Other roles have included appearances in The Outside, (Orange Tree Theatre) and Summer Day’s Dream (Finborough).

She has also been a voice artist, recording books, short stories, E-learning and animations. Clients in the UK have included: Radio 4, CBBC, AudioGo Ltd, Kineo E-Learning, and shortstoryradio.com. She now has her own home studio from which she records and edits.
